Application: A range of vertical gas fired cabinet heaters with cleanaesthetic lines & configured for either room sealed or conventional flue applications. Suitable for showrooms, factories, workshops, warehouses, greenhouses and many other commercial premises.

Building Regulations & ECA Approval: All HT2000 PV cabinet
heaters are designed with fuel
efficiency in mind and meet the
efficiency requirements of Part L2B of current Building Regulations as well as applicable CE legislation. Additionally all models within the range have been rated to meet the Government’s energy efficiency criteria for inclusion into the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme.

Construction: The casing is robotically formed from electro zinc coated steel sheet & finished with a durable stove hardened epoxy polyester powder paint whilst the heat exchanger is formed without the need for welding from either aluminised or stainless steel to form a four pass multi-tube assembly.

Burner: High efficiency low noise multi flame in-shot burner complete with automatic ignition and full flame safety monitoring. Available for natural gas or lpg propane.

Power Flue: Enables the heater to be used in room sealed or fan
assisted flue format with both vertical and horizontally flue exit options.

Controls: Heaters are ready for automatic operation being complete with time & temperature controls. Harry Taylor offers two control options the CP2 incorporating a digital time switch, mechanical day temperature and frost protection thermostats. Alternatively heaters may be specified with a fully optimised CP4 control which includes a secure entry code facility, temperature dependent start time, digital time switch with override facility, electronic day thermostat and frost protection thermostat. Fully optimised control obligatory for ECA applications. Both options provide ‘fan only’ operation for summer air movement.

Air Distribution: Via a quiet yet powerful centrifugal fan set with
directional nozzles which discharge the warm air directly into the
area to be heated. Alternatively a spigot outlet can be provided for
ductwork systems with filters and fresh air inlet options available.

Testing: Every heater is individually inspected, test fired and safety function tested prior to despatch.
