Compact, quiet and yet highly efficient HT2000 OUH oil fired unit heaters provide cost effective heating for many commercial and industrial buildings. Offering space saving ‘off-floor’ mounting OUHA oil unit heaters discharge warmth directly into the space to be heated in a conventional cross-flow manner. OUHC versions are suitable for ducted systems.

Application: A range of suspended oil fired unit heaters with clean
aesthetic lines and designed for off-floor mounting providing an ideal
solution where space is at a premium. Suitable for showrooms, factories,
workshops, warehouses, greenhouses and many other industrial and
commercial premises.

Building Regulations & ECA Approval: All HT2000 OUH oil unit heaters aredesigned with fuel efficiency in mind and meet the efficiency requirements of Part L2B of current Building Regulations as well as applicable CE legislation. Additionally certain models within the range have been rated to meet the Government’s energy efficiency criteria for inclusion into the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme.

Construction: The casing is robotically formed from electro zinc
coated steel sheet and finished with a durable stove hardened epoxy
polyester powder paint. whilst the combustion chamber/heat exchanger
is formed and welded from 304/316 stainless and grade HR4 steel.

Burner: High efficiency pressure jet oil suitable for operation on 35
second light fuel oil or kerosene and complete with flame monitoring
safety controls.

Controls: Heaters are ready for automatic operation after the simple
connection of time and temperature controls. We offer two control options.  The standard control incorporating a digital time switch, mechanical day temperature and frost protection thermostats or the fully optimised control which includes a secure entry code facility, temperature dependent start time, digital time switch with override facility, electronic day thermostat and frost protection thermostat. Fully optimised control is obligatory for ECA applications. Both options provide ‘fan only’ operation for summer air movement.

Air Distribution: OUHA heaters are fitted with powerful axial fans
and discharge warm air through an outlet grille which is complete with
adjustable horizontal louvres whilst OUHC heaters are designed for
ducted applications and are fitted with centrifugal fans.

Testing: Every heater is individually inspected, test fired and safety
function tested prior to despatch.
