Introduction to case study:

Alan Sutton of Oxted Colour Printers approached Harry Taylor to replace an old oil fired suspended warm air heater in their premises.

Our solution:

Initially, Harry Taylor considered specifying an oil-fired replacement heater to meet Oxted Colour Printers needs. However, during an initial site survey, Harry Taylor found that the existing installation had an old single skin un-bunded oil tank supplying it that would need replacing to comply with the latest oil storage regulations. As the company also had a natural gas supply, Harry Taylor advised that it could avoid the additional cost of replacing the oil tank by replacing the oil-fired heater with a gas-fired suspended heater. We duly installed an HT2000 UDSA 150 gas-fired heater. This type of installation is an excellent example of how we work with our customers to give them the best result – no matter what size the project may be. Another Harry “Taylor made” solution!
